Privacy Policy:
Guarding your personal and/or business information is as important to us as it is to you. Your online account with Wired Rite Interlock is created with the use of your selected password. Please keep your password in a safe place and do not share it with people you don’t trust. Once you have placed your order, please sign off from your account to protect against unauthorized use. There is no such thing as 100% secure when using the internet but we encrypt sensitive information, such as credit card information, using SSL technology. We aim to protect your information using industry standard practices throughout the entire purchasing process but cannot guarantee 100% security. Shipping:

We work hard to make sure our customers receive their orders in a timely manner and in the best condition possible. Once your package has been shipped and in the hands of our shipping partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control. Although we do our best to delivery your order when promised, we cannot guarantee a delivery time or date. Please check with the carrier to track your package. Wired-Rite Interlock is not responsible for delivery delays caused by, but not limited to, the following: weather, internal carrier issues, work place strikes, natural disasters, law enforcement activities, inaccurate shipping information, porch pirates/stolen packages. Please double check that all your shipping information is correct at the time you place your order. If a signature is required for delivery, please make sure someone is at home or at the office
to receive your package. We cannot ship your package to a P.O. Box. Wired-Rite Interlock uses the delivery service of the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping methods.


Refund/Return Policy:
If a customer orders the incorrect product or item, we will replace the order with the proper one needed. The customer must resend the incorrect purchase they made back to Wired-Rite Interlock within 30 days of purchase, or the sale will be considered complete and final and cannot be returned.

All customers are be responsible for the returned shipping costs if an item/product was ordered incorrectly and has to be returned for the correct one they needed to purchase.
